Requirements
- A strong desire to make a positive difference in young children's lives
- To work collaboratively with parents, co-workers and management to create an optimal environment for children to grow and develop socially, emotionally and cognitively.
- Cooperative, organized, enthusiastic person to join our group.
- Early Childhood Education is helpful, but can be fulfilled during probationary period.
- Minimum of a HS Diploma
- DHFS Criminal Background Check is required.

Extended Love CDC is privately-owned and values their employees. We create an atmosphere that is positive, challenging and flexible for our staff to balance work with the rest of their lives. We offer 4-day work weeks and strive to treat all employees as individuals as we look upon their employment needs.
Service skills, good communication, and common sense are valued at our facility. On-the-job training will help those who have not brought with them a strong background in teaching early childhood.
